Dropship Terms & Conditions

Drop Ship Terms & Conditions 2020  For Online Stores 

1. All orders to be placed using our online portal invoguepetstrade.co.uk 

2. Your documentation can be placed in the packaging. Please send us a PDF of the document.     

3. If the delivered Goods are deemed unsuitable, e.g. size or colour, they can be returned within 28 days of receipt and we will replace them or provide a full refund of the product but not the original shipping cost. The Customer shall accept liability for the cost of return.

4. If Goods are damaged or faulty, they can be returned within 28 days of receipt and we will replace them without charge or provide a full refund, product and shipping and we shall accept liability for the cost of return where such costs do not exceed reasonable expectations. 

5. Goods must be returned within 14 days in the original packaging in an unused, saleable condition. We will not accept the return of any products should there be any sign of use, e.g.. pet hair on the product or if any labels or tags have been removed.

 We do not permit any Drop Ship customers to sell our products to 3^rd party websites e.g. EBay
